The website gives general information about AIC, our programmes and our consulting services. It is not professional advice for your particular situation. Please do not rely on it as a substitute for a proper assessment of your organisation.
2. Enquiries and diagnostic calls
Submitting an enquiry or booking a diagnostic call does not create a contract and carries no obligation for either side. The call is how we assess whether and how we can help.
3. Engagements
Consulting, training and programme work begins only when both parties have agreed a written proposal or agreement. That document sets out the scope, deliverables, fees, payment terms, timeline and any other conditions, and it takes priority over these terms if they differ.
4. HRDCorp-registered programmes
AIC is registered with HRDCorp as a training provider, and our programmes carry their HRDCorp approval numbers. Whether an employer can claim programme fees from its levy account depends on HRDCorp's rules and the employer's own eligibility. Please confirm your eligibility and claim requirements with HRDCorp before enrolling.
5. Confidentiality
We treat the information you share with us during an enquiry or engagement as confidential and use it only to respond to you or deliver the work. This does not apply to information that is already public or that we are legally required to disclose.
6. Results and case studies
Case studies and examples on this website are illustrative. Outcomes depend on many factors in each organisation, so we cannot promise that you will achieve the same or any particular result.
7. Intellectual property
The content of this website, including text, logos, images and programme materials, belongs to AIC or its licensors. You may view it and share links to it, but please do not copy, republish or sell it without our written permission.
